Help me turn this into a refugium!

Yup texted him this kid couldn't keep his story straight first says 100 for everything than i say ok and he goes well i can't do it for 100 its just theres alot included PVC plumbing tubing pump tank over flow box blah blah so i said i understand so he says 110 . I understand stuff not cheap ill pay the extra 10 im not greedy . Well time comes to pik it up i ask where's the PVC and he replies i forgot it ! I didn't think u wanted it. I thought thats y he couldn't let it go for 100? The overflow box was cracked and the lack of PVC for return i just ordered a new return hose and return so that was 60 dollars so now im up 170 plus silicone
 
Btw i meant i texted him but no response as of now plus its too late i bought it Monday i failed to check this stuff til yesterday lesson learned
 
That sucks man if u ever make it out near peotone I'd give u an old overflow box if needed I got a few an probably wont ever use em
