How would you get rid of green water?

I was thinking a 95% water change should do the trick. What would you do?

Replace bulbs for sure and nice big WC.. But not sure if carbon will help

i had to deal with this with my buddies tank, tried everything, rotifers, lights out, uv, huge water change. the only thing that worked was algaefix marine.

Dr. Tims and wc did it for me when I had the problem. It is considered a phytobloom. But I know you don't need to know!
