I sent a paypal gift to someone with no response back

Found the post on NR and looked up his profile. He has been on there awhile so I would give him the benefit of the doubt. I am thinking he just got busy. Give him time. Again good luck.
 
If you still don't get a response I wonder if you can contact PayPal and state that the "gift" was sent to the wrong recipient? Is it possible to get your $ back that way?

They thought of this on day 2. Also the 'i meant to do buy goods but accidentally did gift, can i change it?'
Paypal will not fall for any excuses they know people get scammed and they will not feel sorry for you since you were scamming them out of their money by not paying the fee.

I agree with you. Technology today is crazy tho. I someone sends me paypal money i def know about it. I would also update them.
 
The fee is associated with the credit card transaction cost. Gift is via direct bank debit or PayPal balance so no fee is charged to them.
 
I just talk to him. He left his number on a local forum outta cali. I called and he apologized for not contacting me and its shipped. hes supposed to be sending me a tracking number. Thanks for all the advise, but i jumped the gun on a good guy. I wont make the gifting mistake again. Ill eat the fee for the extra protection.
 
I bought a JBJ Unibody Heatsink and arm. the heatsink has the black top with built in fan and splash sheild. its gutted. I have to figure out what leds ill be using.
