Currently have two koralia Evo 1050s on the right side and a koralia 4 (1200gph) on the left side. I plan on keeping mostly LPS / Softies / Some branching SPS. I pretty sure everything will get completely blasted by the K4 no matter how its angled - I know corals can get used to very high flow but i also dont want to lose full extension.

My thought is to ditch the K4 for two PHs that are 800gph each. Put an Evo 1050 and 800 PH at each end of the tank w/ the 1050s deflecting diagonally off the front glass. I know that two 800s are more that just the K4 (1200) but its not as strong of a direct flow.
More importantly, I can hook up all 4 pumps to my wavemaker so that only 2-3 pumps are on at once giving a lot of random flow.
Thoughts?
