I'll help out here for those who are thinking bout wheels. You MUST OVERBUILD your stand. Tanks cannot withstand tank deflection well. With even a 1/16" unevenness in your floor, the weight of the tank will bear down on the stand forcing it conform to the floor contours. It's a recipe for a split seam or crack. Build the stand and overrate the wheels so when you do encounter uneven floors the stand won't deflect any measurable amount.
It's also a good idea to test it before you fill it with livestock; put the tank on the stand, fill it with water and jack up just one corner. Better to find out now than after the tank has 2 years of growth.
