It's well worth the trip, I am loving the Sunrise chromis I picked up added a lot of life to the tank and they have even enticed my clown to wander out from her corner every now and again.

Totally random question but does MCF give a Chicago Reefs member discount? One of my friends mentioned he thought they did but I haven't heard this. I mean I guess I can always ask next time I am in there but I thought maybe one of you might know.

Yeah, and I was religious about checking in to on FB to get 5 for a 10% discount and then found out our discount is permanent! Shame on them for all of their attempts to save me money. Just like BRS and our other sonsors on here! :heh:

I had a really great experiance at MCF this weekend. i went in with 2 small children and one of the owners ( a lady ) offered to keep my kids busy at the "kids table" while i looked around .... and inevitable spent a bunch of $$$. Super nice people, really helpful coral-grabbers. I bought 10 ricordea and said - "no 2 alike, just nice a colorful"

So for 80$ I have 10 Rics that are all really colorful and striking to look at, only one greenish/blue - with 3 mouths (yes only $8)

considering I am planning a barebottom tank - I may be up for buying alot more frags from this place.
 
Blake, any rock or CUC sales this week/end? I've a 125 that needs rock and a 90 that needs crabs!
 
No cuc specials, but we will take care of you if you need large numbers. Also, we have live rock coming toward the end of the week so we will probably run a special on it next week. I will keep you posted and see if we can give you the sale price this weekend.
