No, I'm not a communist..
Now that I have your attention (unless you're too young or lame to know who NWA was, 
)....
I was thinking that it is a pretty good idea to form a regional group of reefers, much like there are in other areas around. (Like the Midway group and the new Aurora group, only we have the coolest name!!!) I really like the idea of have a list of people who are nearby that you can rely on in case of emergency or if you need a hand with something. Also, it would be nice to get to know folks in the area better and have a beer once in a while at a place such as the Tilted Kilt. Luckily for me, my next-door neighbor is DansReef so I'm covered in the event of a crash, unless we're both out of town at the same time

Geographically speaking, The Elgin area up north to McHenry County, down to St. Charles and over to Streamwood. (ish)
I'm leaving for a long weekend without technology or cell phones, so talk amongst yourselves and let me know who'd be interested.
