Nano Tuners LED light fixture for Fluval Edge

I JUST got it installed...big thanks to rattyE36 and JVC for getting it all hooked up and running! Corals are scared so they aren't open yet!

Here are a bunch of pictures I snapped while I soldered it up.

Planning the setup

After starting the wiring, four cool white and 4 royal blue each in a cross crossing z pattern with 3 1w moonlights down the middle

Final wiring, it's actually a very painless soldering venture... One of the easier things I've ever had to solder.

Complete and ready for install

Holding it over Brads nanocube with the 4 white and 4 blue on

4 white 4 blue and the 3 blue moonlights

Rapidled box mounted under the counter

This heatsink is VERY well crafted. Flawless fitment.

Hope that helps people get an idea of the setup. Definitely a sick setup that oughta grow some serious coral!

jeppun21, It's a nano tuners heat sink which can not be bought any longer and the LED's are from rapidled.com....You can buy anything and everything that you would possibly need for a custom LED build on that site.

Thanks--because the tank is so small I'm trying to keep it pretty minimal...making sure the few things I DO have go a long way!

Thanks! Everything seems to really be thriving...it was really a matter of getting the lighting perfect and then making sure everything was in a good spot. At the moment it all seems to be happy! (I have to re-attach my Duncan though...a crab knocked it off the rock and it fell onto the torch which stung it really badly...duncan has been recovering and then I will attach someplace else)
