Need LED suggestions for 48 x 21 x 20 tank

I have owned Kessil a360we's before and used them on a 4x2 tank, I suggest sticking with the a360we's. I do not think the a160we's will be enough.

Wont I get better spread coverage with 3 lights vs 2 even if the A360s are much stronger?

You would get better coverage side to side but not front to back. An extra Kessil means an extra gooseneck as well. Not sure where your overflow box conncerning mounting the middle Kessil. More Kessils, more cords. Just giving you some things to consider is all.

Spread won't do much if u can't get the strong enough par at the bottom of the tank. Imo 2 kessil a360 r ur best bet also.

what about the new Kessil AP700? They claim 48" coverage. It seems basically just two A360we in one fixture with integrated wifi control.
