New apartment, new tank.... of course... and selling old one :(

Yeah they are. Right now I'm trying to decide between taking a risk and seeing if MP's will work on the tank with it's half in glass. I have read where a decent amount of people have had them work. OR do I go with TUNZE 6095's,,, which are a little larger, had a little more flexibility with flow direction, and are cheaper.

I have mp10s and mp40 on 1/2 glass both work the mp10 is little trickier to center but its staying on

Tank is finally up and has water in it to the quickly check took way longer setting this thing up than I thought due to working long hours. Unfortunately take his not nearly as level as I thought one corner is almost an inch lower than the rest debating on draining tank tonight before I head to work tomorrow.

So far so good no leaks!!!. Just had to tighten one bulkhead to stop a few drip. For leveling a plywood stand do you guys just use regular shims? If so is there a place where I can get plastic ones instead of balsa wood ones?
The MP10 barely stays on. I have to hold it on when I turn it on. May just end up taping it on. Other then having to redo all my plumbing ideas It's worked out well so far. Apt. is getting painted next week so after that I should have this bad boy up and running curing rock.
I ended up going with a Geisman Spectra fixture. I had leds which I was ambivalent about, and I wanted the shimmer which the T5's wouldn't' of gotten me. After tons of reading and many videos (especially BRS ones) I landed on the "bullet proof" MH T5 combo. I just hope that it doesn't get too hot.
Went with the Octopus Viaros return pump. This thing is dead silent, no noise, none.
All that's left is finishing up the Plumbing in the overflow box for the bean animal overflow and leveling this thing out.

Wow, is your floor that off? Personally it would bother me to use that many shims and have large gaps between them..... Tank looks great none the less, but I'd be worried about such a great investment on such an off surface.

I have them every 8 inches or so on the front and almost every inch on the side. I got to pick up some more. Yeah I was shocked the floor seemed much more level to me

I did fill it up with water without the shims for a quick leak check and the front left corner is about three quarters of an inch lower
