Tilly ended up being a boy.. so the name is still up in the air. He's super cute.

It's actually a chihuahua,the tiniest one actually looked like a chihuahua,weird.

He does look like a little bully! I was thinking the same thing while spending time with him last night. He's got a stout face! I DO think he's going to get a "bully" name though.. like Tank, or Thor. Something bad ***.

He's worse than the baby though. She starts sleeping through the night and he wakes me up today at 5am on the dot! Lol.

Yeah Tank was the first thing that came to mind when I found out he was a boy not a girl. Brandon wants to name him Strongbad.. or Mysterio. Lmfao. -__-

On a side note,can the have different babies in the same litter? Say if the chihuahua and a bulldog ''hooked up'' and also the female chihuahua and her male chihuahua partner also ''hooked up''?

If I remember correctly they can. Most female mammals can carry more than one deposit when in estrus. Normally the males fighting keeps that from happening though (there are even several types of sperm that carry out different missions; one goes for the ova, one seeks and destroys alien sperm, and the other is slow and easy prey for the competing predator sperm).

You may also just be seeing several alleles of the same combination. canis domesticus has dormant polymorphism that would blow ones mind and Chihuahua are a great canvas because they are so extraneous to the regular phenotypic traits. So, it could be two different fatehers in the litter, or variation within the litter itself.

very pretty canine by the way, and I think Tank is an awesome name.
 
Its possible. But there's no way in hell that a chihuahua could deliver a bulldog's offspring. My sisters dog had to pretty much have an abortion (she just got fixed and in the process aborted any embryo that MAY have been in there) because we didn't want to risk her life carrying a mini dachshund's puppies.

So, my 2 girl dogs are a bit rambunctious .. so I'm letting the kid get used to the new house before I let him just be 1 of the dogs. He's hangin' with Captain Pike in the mean time.
