Hey guys and gals...I was planning on getting a mp10 soon, but my phone has been giving me a headache, so I put a hold on the mp10 and just upgraded to the samsung galaxy lll. It's suppose to be better than the iPhone 4s, so we'll see...but so far, I really, really like it.

Nice choice. You said 4s, so I'll guess you're with Sprint. As much as the SG3 may have over ma Evo LTE, I'm a bigger fan of the shape/overall design of most HTC's rather than Samsung. Samsung does put out a ridic screen though. Android for life :)

I have the HTC Evo 3D and I do like it. My service is with Virgin Mobile and Sprint's WIMAX 4G. I think the coverage was better when I was with T-Mobile but Virgin Mobile is pretty cheap and no 2 year contract.

Verizon has the biggest cell and data foot print. Most expensive though

LTE speeds are amazing and almost everywhere.

And good news...my gf came home and was upset that I bought myself a new phone because that's what she was gonna get me for my birthday...so I told her she could get me the mp10 instead, because that's what I really, really want. So she said, she'll get that for me then. Oh happy day. :)

and THAT is how Karma goes for good people :)

Rooting allows you more access to your phone. Like jailbreaking on iPhone. You can overclock and get free apps and do all kinda crazy stuff you usually can't do. But be carefully because you Dan brick your phone and also void your warranty

Oh, thanks for the explanation fellas...I'm good tho, plus, I'm already able to use my phone as a WiFi hot spot. Been doing it for awhile.
