How many bulbs is the coralife fixture? Depending on the typ of coral you want you may need some additional lighting but it just depends.

You definitely should get some powerheads (fans) or something like it. I'd recommend the JBJ ocean stream system. I had a 55 with the 2x 1600 gph (gallons per hour) pumps and it worked great on a wavemaker. And they're cheap too. The more flow the better in the tank.

Welcome to the group and great job with minimizing dead spots on the bottom. The rockwork is nice and open. Also, watch those crabs. They often are not to be trusted.

I believe that is PC lighting if not mistaken. You probably want to upgrade your fixture to maximize the health and growth of your coral. Unless you plan on keeping mainly fish only than you'll be fine.

i used cf for years for softies did great. but would recommend least upgradeing in future to t5 or led

Welcome to CR Great looking tank but like everyone has started to say! if you want to upgrade and get into the highend LPS/SPS youll need LED, Metal halide, or T-5s Good luck!!!

I had that same light when I started. It will work for softies and LPS (things like frogspawn) closer to the top, but if you ever want SPS you'll need to upgrade.
