Nice blue nano fish?

Can anyone think of a fish that has a deep intense blue color similar to a regal tang but doesn't require a large tank?

theres always the damsel, come in many different forms of blue.
but ive never really heard good things about damsels

Not a nano fish, although I wish it was! I would go with a yellow tail damsel, they are relatively passive for damsels.

I've got two blue damsels that fit that description. One does seem to nip at the other from time to time but then again, they're damels.

Chalk bass are nice and blue...Also, flameback angel's are blue, but they are 50/50 as far as being reef safe goes...
