I had been away from the hobby for 6-7 years. My new setup is a 500 g DT Work in progress

Lets start with a bit on my hobby/background
Here is a picture of my first 180g tank after nursing it for 6 years or so

This was follwed by my 320g tank as shown here after three years of nursing it

Followed by having the 180, the 320 two 90 gallons plus a sump/fuge of 150g in the basement. Not a good move to the basement as wife and I always enjoyed the tank on the main floor!!

Then NOW having a DT=500g and three 65g each for Fuge, sump and frag tanks as shown here with bottom enclosure hiding the three tanks in the bottom

Hope you enjoyed knowing my background.. Quite a few things are new to me like LED lighting, new Neptune with much more capabilities APEX, DC pumps etc...

Very nice. I love that in wall clean look. Glad to have you on here. It looks like you've got quite a bit of experience under your belt.

Thanks Gunner I placed the new tank as a room divider in the same local as my first 180g tank, Where both wife & I enjoyed it... Have a lot to learn about the new stuff & methods.. It will be fun ..

Happy to hear from you Bobby... Now loading up on corals mostly from other hobbyist who knew me from before and from recent days...

I used to have a group that came almost monthly and we shared/exchanging frags back then when my tanks were loaded... I still think my best tank was the 180g. But when I had to get out of the hobby all the tanks sold in two days ... I could not believe it ... Buyer wanted the rocks sand plants water etc as they were familiar with my tanks .. I really enjopyed the meets very nice group of hobbyist...t was really fun and I enjoyed knowing that my tanks & corals went to knowledgeable people... Do not know why I am telling you all this but maybe you were part of the team that used to visit... Anyway nice to know that you remember us.. Here is another pic of the 320 from back then

Mai: Glad you like it and hope to have better pictures when job is completed. Has been taking my installer like forever instead of 2-3 months (has been over ten months and I am getting impatient having my house in a shamble Family room and my Home office room!!!) Let me know when you wish to come and see the tank and will be glad to serve you a cup of coffee as well or tea if you prefer!!!
 
Oh the possibilities. Beautiful tank bud. U ever make it to river grove area let me know id love to have some of my frags in that bad boy

I concur with U Joe... the possibilities are great and I hope I can do it justice... I will take U up on your offer and drive by sooner rather than later. Will let U know and thanks for your support and nice comment.
