Red alge?

can anyone tell me what is this red alge is? and how do i get rid of it.

Does it stick to the rock when you try to wipe it off or does it brush off easily?

It sticks, hard to grab and pull off

Only thing I've ever found to eat this red turf algae are Mexican Turbo snails.
