Was this tank leaking or are you just redoing the interior silicone for appearance purposes? The interior tank silicone does very little for the structural integrity of the tank. I do like the black trim though.

The tank had a false sand bed that I removed. I don't know if it ever leaked before . I bought it used and dry. The edges were rough and started to peel, so I figured I'd reseal it for safe measures.

Yep. Gonna let the inside set for three days then do the bottom frame. Gonna paint the stand to match the frames also.

She is nice and pretty with black frames and resealed. Gonna make sure she holds water and then paint the stand black. Then she will go up for sale

I haven't gotten around to painting the stand . The tank looks great
