Man, I should have read this thread before now. I was there today but probably after you all left. And yes, I've been to a lot of LFS and know a lot of the owners, but Brian by far is my favorite. You can really tell that he runs the store because he has a passion for the hobby first, and money comes second. It's cool that he's carrying BRS supplies now, and I am really excited about seeing his future fish and coral setups. And he actually QTs his fish, which is great!

Seemed more of a spur of the moment "lets hang out at reefwise" than any sort of planned trip.

Maybe you could plan the next meetup there and let the rest of us know so you don't miss it?
 
Sound like you guys had a great time. I will mos def plan a trip out this week. Wish I could of made it but I gotta work and make that chump change, mamí wants a new Louis V tote.

@ Cecily how the second hobby going? Any cool new hats and such?
 
Its going slow. I have my hands full with 2 teething babies. I've restarted the puffer hat. Trying something new for the spines. Haven't gotten to touch my pop tabs. I did however get to crochet Tank a sweater last night. It was really simple and small.. so it was very fast.

Just found out today that Reefwise does not charge for RO/DI water. Just bring your own containers and fill up!!

And don't forget they have tons of BRS products at the online price.
