Roberto, they are considered reef safe "with caution" like all pygmy angels. Tons of people have them in their reefs with no problems but there is always the chance that one may nip a fleshy lps like a trachyphyllia.
 
I picked up a small true Hawaiian flame angel from Reefwise 3 weeks ago, the colors are super vibrant compared to a flame angel I had a few years ago. The first week or so he would nip at my birds nest only but other than that he doesn't nip at anything in my tank except the back wall and rock. I've got a big birdsnest colony Ora birdsnest, giant gbta 50 head Duncan colony, ast zoas and some other misc sps that he doesn't touch, I feed the tank a mixed variety pellets one day rods food the next then some mysis and some other frozen algae/mysis combo. I never see him eat when I feed the tank, but ill walk away and he'll be nipping away at stuff on the sand bed. Anyway as far as reef safe I think this one is, atleast in my tank.
