The middle pic is algae covered in sand. The beast was throwing my sand around and It was covering the algae.

Looks like ill have to visit top water once I get some money. The giant decided it was a good idea to munch on some sps and shrooms. Hoping the sps bounce back. Was looking colorless before work

Once the sps go white is there any coming back? Or should I just let the beast finish its meal

When a crab is bigger than a tennis ball and the tank is smaller than the average size sump....your asking for trouble....
Maybe when they said it was reef safe, they were referring to an actual reef....

I H8 crabs....

He will have a hard time grabbing a healthy fish. As for your other crabs he may make a nice snack if them if they let him have his way. I would throw some pellets so his hunger drive gets knocked down a few notches.

We'll that was nice of them. What were you supplementing the tank with that you think caused your Hair algae?

The crab is now in the fuge/sump by himself with some rock and sand and some macro. Feed him algae sheets and brine shrimp.

Yeah very nice of them. And I was using fuel which after reading only it says to dose half the recommended amount but I was doing full amount, but kept my crew nice and fat
