Server Crash & Recovery

The site looks sleek now! Unfortunately as new member as of January 2014 I lost my account, my posts, and my feedback from the marketplace. Is there anything that can be done so I repost the items I was selling in the market place without having to make 25 new posts?
 
Glad to see we're back up and running! It sucks that we lost a few months of data, but at the same time, we can look at it as a new beginning!
 
Thanks again for the support of our great community. It's been a tough couple of days but I promise I will do my best to get the forum back to where it was or even better!

I will remove the minimum post count to access the marketplace for the next month.

Scroll down in your inbox and theirs an option of clearing out your folder. Try that and let me know if it works for you guys.

So got a question I joined in late December and it whipped me off the club so i had to start over. Any way they can help me get my post count back up or do I just need to start to post on everything to get my fs threads back up line.

Congrats on getting the site up this much. Being in IT, it's heartbreaking to know the Back-up's your going were a waste of time, and not any of the data is transferable.

Good job on the recovery and look forward to the site growing.

Was the database completely inaccessible post-crash or just partially corrupt and you're working on what was able to be grabbed and exported from the database? Or are you working off a very old backup? If I can be of some help, I would as I've managed large websites for several years. Not to discredit yours but over those years I've encountered various "web techs" with more varying levels of expertise at database management and data recovery.
 
Hey I am really sorry about this and extremely thankful for your perseverance and the final outcome. I've learned so much from this database. It's really priceless how such a diversity of information is available here.

I know how it feels to loose information, but can only imagine the feeling of loosing information from so many others.

We had to reset the inbox since a few members were having problems with their inbox saying it was full. But it should be stored from this day on.

Thank you everyone for the encouraging words. Looks like we are off to a good start and stay tune for some more amazing giveaways this week!
