Dang man what is that 3 bikes nowVery nice juice! Part of me always wants a 1000cc rocket... but I just bought a new bike
Finally a Harley owner! 06 Harley Vrod "street rod". dyno tuned at 130hp at the rear wheels, papers to prove it too! I'm so excited. This is the best of both worlds! Took her on a trip up to Wisconsin yesterday!
Haha, yes... i don't have 2 more cafe projects in the storage unit waiting to be built...Dang man what is that 3 bikes now
This is what I call my piglet. This is the only pic I have on my phone. But I do have it back togather and she runs good. It's a cool little vintage bike. 1977 Honda xl75. I paid 150 bucks for it and the lights and horn and battery were all missing. I had an old capacitor laying around so I wired it in and switched all the lights to 12 volts for 6 heated up the factory sealed bulb and pulled out the filament and the glass was a perfect fit for a 9006 bulb lol. . You can see it with the nos painted on it. No nitrous. But hmmmm joking but anyway I had to do it because with out the battery the lights would dime at a stop. All is good now and the horn works even. Used a trailer light for the tail light/ brake light and the plate light. I even hide the led rear turn signals behind the brake light lens . Has a custom stitched seat with my name on it lol. And a custom pipe. Might change the swing arm to aluminum. And use some hope ups from the xr75. It was funny I just turned 500 miles on the trip when I pulled into the chill spot tonight. It was sweet. I reset the trip when I got the bike. I have a few quads. A Suzuki 87 lt250r. And a 92 lt250r with a 87 jug all ported and milled. Those are a whole different story. I have been riding since I was four. My first bike was a 1972 Honda fifty with the fold down handle bars and chrome steal fenders . Sweet bike I rode the hell out it. Sold it when I got my rm80. Regret it to this day.I miss that bike.
I hope to add a Harley Davidson iron 883 to this thread VERY SOON!
Don't do it dude! You're gonna regret buying an 883 within a month... They look badass but they have 0 balls. but if you're not worried about power, they look sick.
I think you'd be better off buying a 1200 sporty to start out with... Save some money down the road before you wanna do the 1200 kit on your 883
Yup, it's a great choice for a bike. Love the look as well. You should go try out a Star Bolt. Same look but larger, more powerful engine and better reliability. Plenty of customizability. Not as harsh of a ride. Oh and less expensive too.
