cant u just make a gear system the a power head blows on a plastic fan that makes it all spin . or like a water mill with the big wheel that gets filled with water and makes it spin how ever those work

I think this one might do it, but I have no clue without knowing thethe weight of everything involved. There are pretty good increase increments on the available motors on that site.

This one is 2ft-lbs of torque. 370oz-in
