Stringy Poop = Internal Parasite?

I am using it on my Dt tank now too. I just left the skimmer on with cup off and turned off my carbon and uv. No problems in a reef. The bottle says it will kill feather dusters but mine is fine and open perfectly.

Kratos lives on teh edge...says DO NOT USE WITH FEATHER DUSTERS...IT WILL KILL THEM...and he does!

The solar wrasse is doing great by the way. He will let me touch him has he hovers around my hand during tank maintainence.

Haha I didn't really mind a 5$ feather duster but it turned out that prazi didn't effect it so its a win win for me :)

That solar is REALLY friendly....too friendly in fact. lol Glad to hear its doing good.

Awesome guys, really putting my mind at ease.

Just stick with the full treatment and do 2-3 rounds. The first time I dosed prazi a few weeks ago, I wussed out and only let that treatment last for like a day. I wasted part of the medication on that. Now I did it from Saturday to Tuesday. Giving it a 2-3 break until Thursday and will redose again.

How long does it normally take for the skimmer to chill out? I can't plug the drain, it fills up with water within minutes. I'd like to get some skimming done before I dose again.

Run fresh carbon first for a few hrs, then turn your skimmer on. If it still overflows fast, dial it down a bit until it settles down. You can turn it back up after that.
