Struggling Nem!

Bought these two rainbow nems back in November. Both have done well until about 3 weeks ago. Idk what happened but one day the Nem just didn't open all the way. Over the past few weeks it has stayed small and turned mostly green. Now I have noticed the other one has almost doubled in size an opens huge. I thought at first the larger Nem was causing it and the other one would move to a new spot. But it hasn't moved and isn't improving. Temp, salinity, phosphates are all good. Light isn't good in my opinion but that's also why I have them higher in the tank.

Any ideas?

Don't understand why one is struggling while the other just keeps getting bigger.

Also idk if it matters but the clown used to host both nems together. He now rarely goes into the small one.

Have an orbit marine LED light. So not a good light in my opinion. Nems are 6-8" directly under the light.

4' tank with an MP10 on each side alternating about every 14sec.

Same conditions since they were put Into the tank

My nems love lot of light and bubble and one of them not bubble because under the rock less light. Also I have a Jebao 15 and JB-8 each side and lot of flow..They seem like more flow.
 
Even clones anemones can have different preferences in a tank. The smaller one could be wanting more light or more flow, however if it wasn't happy it would usually start to walk to find a new home.

That's what I figured. But he split from the larger one last year. When I bought them they were same size and neither nem has ever moved since it split.
