sump setup

Hard to tell from your pictures but the return pump should be after the baffle with teeth. Drains in the 1sr chamber so it travels through the skimmer and bubble catchers and then fuge in the center overflowing into final chamber

Drain-fuge-return from left to righht

Left is return middle is skimmer and last is drain( the chamber with teeth). I got it wrong huh?

Yeah looks like you did. Wish I would have looked closer at it the first time. I was looking at your plumbing the whole time.

The chamber with the teeth is your fuge area. The center chamber should be your drain and skimmer, the chamber after the bubble traps would be your return.

Here's a look at mine which is very similar to yours:

I have a skimmer along with that drain in the center, left side is the fuge, right side the return. On the return line, I have it tee'd off to feed the fuge.

Not to derail the plumbing concerns, but what type of lights are you running? You sure you need a chiller? I've been drinking so forgive me if I missed this.

I have the exact same tank and skimmer.. The over flow return pipe was annoying at first but now its soothing. If i don't want to hear it I just slide at zip tie up and its quite. Just remember to move the zip tie down again just in case return pipe dies and water doesn't siphon back into the sump..

Also it was quite hard for the drain pipe not to bubble.. I had to lower down the return pump and also made a bubble tower in the drain.. Still bubbles but it doesn't gargle and no bubbles into the DT.

Now I need to figure out how to clean the corner where the over flow is.. Getting kinda nasty full of algae. pipe is turning green.

Good luck man.. Hopefully I can help, if not there are A LOT of helpful people..
