Tank rescaping

Why is trying to redo my tank so dang hard? I keep moving things and nothing looks right. This is getting very fustrating.

I'm the same way. I hate the way my rocks sit. But everyone that has seen it says they love the layout.

It's the hobby. Ur always gonna want something different.

JB weld is a super strong epoxy that's reef safe when it is fully dried. It's expensive, but that's what I'm going to use to keep my rocks on my back wall. It's used to seal leaks and hold together things on ships too, lol.

I used it on my wet rock last week to create an overhang and it sets in minutes. I went through maybe 5-6 packs at $6 a pop but it's SOOOO worth it.

JB weld regular or quick set or water would work, but the regular comes in the largest and cheapest amounts. If you don't need a super fast dry its the way to go. And bam-bam, your link just takes you to the home page.

The regular took hours to dry for me. I took my rock out my tank and placed it on the countertop. Then I mixed the 2 parts and propped up my rocks to how I wanted it to hang. Then I filled up a long nose syringe with the mix and squirted it into the tiniest joints spots and then filled in the areas. 6 minutes later, the structure was set and held together like steel. My rocks were still wet. I dropped in my new structure and the pods jump out the rocks squirming before finding new spots. It was quick!

It's all good ;) You already answered my question...

Wow. The Menards by me has a large size and its bigger than the others for cheaper. The two tubes are almost twice the size as the normal one, that's what I meant.

Oh now I am gonna have to try that jb weld I have seen it at menards but never thought about using it on my rocks. Now I need an interior decorator.
