Are you fighting any type of Algae's in Your Tank? Like Cyano?
a bit of green cyano in some areas on sand bed. not sure whats the cause.

Chalices should be fine with the flow.. I would just set a night mode on the pump that will be pushing the flow where all the chalices are at so at night u can still do the feedings

Just an FYI Cayno is a Bacteria that can affect Corals health and Fish will release chemicals , I would dig a little deeper about Cyano Bacteria could be reason you're losing Sticks. I had to learn the hard way a few months back.

well then they would be directly blasting the corals,Try lowering ur mp10's to the middle of ur tank. When I had my mp10 in my DB (24x24x12) tank I had it at 100%. Mayb if u lower them it will solve ur cyano issues. And u can raise there power higher
