Trapping Pistol Shrimp

Has any trapped a pistol shrimp before. I want this thing out of the tank, but I can not take out any rock to catch him. I tried the bottle trap, but all I am catching is snails and crabs, and caught his goby friend which he was not happy about. I was away for my honey moon for 10 days and he killed all of my Rics that were huge, really pissed..

Any one successfully got the sucker out of there tank without breaking down!!!

Bigger bottle or same, leave the goby in there and there's a good chance he will follow within an hour. Stresses the goby but worked for me.

Thanks, I am trying another bottle today after work. well see what happens.. Green tinted bottle this time..

Well so far no luck.. This morning I stuck the daym bottle in his hole..

Lol i bought a mystery wrasse hopeing he eat mine no luck therr either

I've done it with a bottle and a chunk of food inside.
