The issue isn't what we are getting right now, it's when this starts to freeze on the branches and the lines about when the wind picks up. Good luck to everyone.

I got an Apex for Christmas, but I think a whole house generator might be a good Birthday present.
 
i might be looking at solar panels...if the lotto comes my way. But Atleast to maintain part of the electricity cost down And still get a nice back up geni.

I was watching a 4000peek go for 225....sold out quickly.

If it goes back online. Im picking that up.

Anyone know how long this ice storm and wind is supposed to ease up?...time frame? Im not up to date on social media to get the alerts
 
If my power goes out ill go to the pet store and buy some hampsters and some wheels and have them turn all my pumps

I bought a 7500w gen a couple of years ago when I lost power for nearly 10hrs I lost nothing and my vortech mp40 with battery back up was the only thing going in the tank and never gave up, since that time I got a gen that runs the whole house when power goes out , for just over $1200 it was worth every penny for me the family and the tank.

Well my neighbor is a retired electrician that was able to get me a Briggs & Stratton 7kw for my small house cheap and a switch box and a few cases of beer and some laughs we got her done, closer to $1500 with everything all said and done.

I 3rd that's a beautiful fish you got there.
