Who else has a Drag car?

My boss still drives in his completely original 68 RS in the warm season a few days a week. I think I would be afraid to drive that car around the Chicagoland area during rush hours!
And I am assuming it wasnt new when you bought yours? Otherwise you are definitely aging well!!!

my buddy is getting a 72 camaro ss/rs restored its a gorgeous car. fully built big block motor with a procharger he said by the time its done it should have about 1,000 ponies give or take a few.

My Camaro wasn't new when I got it. I actually purchased it when I was 14 years old from money that I has saved up mowing peoples yards and doing random chores. I remember being so excited that I was buying a car. My uncle and I spent a full year worth of weekends. I've had the car now for 15 years now and will probably have it another 40.

I say we rename to race car. Although my car has been in countless drags, my car is geared more for a street course.
07 Mazda 3 2.0
Power mods were kept simple. CAI, straight long tube header, 2.5" catless all the way back. Stage 2 3Puck Exedy Clutch and Spec light weight flywheel.
This post will get long as hell if I start adding handling upgrades tho. Most my money was spent on bracing u set the hood, under the car, in the trunk, and plenty more in suspension. Straight line I can run with a new Mustang GT V8 stock to around 100mph. Not bad, but take me through a turn, not a lot of cars can hold my lines so thats where my car shines.
What it used to look like.

today i felt what 1,400 ponies felt like i swear it felt worse than the giant drop at six flags. I've been in a car going fast but never in a car that accelerates so fast. here she is.

I have a 1987 Ford mustang renagade set up stang. It's a 408 dart with a ysi trim. When the tweak and tuned. Should run in the mid to low 8s lot of work done to the motor includes billitt internals trick flow heads. Jessel rockers.. another expensive hobby!!lolr

Surprisingly it's His dads. I'm heading to the tinley cruise with te Fam next Tuesday I know both marks will be up there. It's one of the last shows and it just get bigger and bigger
