1 system 2 displays

Thinking about doing a full reboot. Complete shutdown. Dipping all coral and starting fresh. Barebottom both tanks. Acid washing all the rocks/ new rocks. Bleaching the entire system. Basically taking the entire system apart and fix everything about it

building reef is part of the fun i think .. i wanted to do it more than a few times ..

id say let the system run .. build a new scape on the side .. cycle the rock .. and then empty the tank, venegar bath and do the swap ..

Lol i think i have more coraline in my sump then in my tank
Mine was like that before when i had t5 fuge light but my skimmer kept getting covered in it so i got tired of having to clean it all the time. When i switched to a led flood light it doesnt grow as much in the sump and it is contained to only the fuge

Yeah i think my fuge light is 18w. My chaeto grows like crazy(im sure that has to do with the nutrients in my water) but its super light green almoat like the light is burning it

Preparing for the 180
All of the coral in the 30 has had all of the dead spot clipped off and the bubble algae removed. They have been moved to a huge frag rack in the 93. The rabbit should be able to keep anything from growing on the coral or plug until im able to remove the 30 from the system and put it in its new resting spot under the stairs as my coral qt. Once thats done and cycled then all the coral will go into the 30 to be qtd while i setup the 180 and acid wash the rock. Im really hoping to have the 180 up and cycling in 2 weeks
