Base of sps Turning white

BRS dosers worked for me perfectly for 3 years. I just got tired of changing the jugs because the SPS keep sucking it down. ;)
 
U still need something to control the dosers though don't u?

Here are fresh water change numbers from the 5g bucket

Calc: 320
Alk: 7.8 dkh
Mag: 1000

This is with salinity salt. Pretty sure my test kits aren't good lol
 
Did you test the samples from the freshly made water still in the buckets, or after you did your water change?
 
That seems low on all levels. What SG was the water in the bucket?

As for the dosers, you need timers of some kind. Can be a reef controller or a simple light timer.
 
I would have someone verify with another test kit. Those numbers definitely look way off. I've been using the salifert kits and have compared them to seachems and get the same readings.
