Beer snobs

Just made my very last brew 2 weeks ago and kegged it today, a bastard beer of all the ingredients on hand I could fit in the tun. A very dark american ale hopped to the point it's an imperial borww if there ever was such a thing. Very good beer and great way to end brewing.

Sounds good! Samples please!!

Oh please do tell!!

If I recall, there are some Rosas, Fist City, Not Your Father's Root Beer, Blue Moons, Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin, some Polish beer for whenever my parents come over, and I think a bomber or two of Unibroue beers. Also have a bottle of each of the following from Firestone Walker: Helldorado, Velvet Merkin, and Sucaba. These actually made their way back from the brewery in California with me. A bomber of Vlad from Hailstorm. Probably have other random crap too in there that I don't remember.

Then my collection downstairs has a bottle of one of each of the following from Revolution: Bean Gene, Mean Gene, Deth's Tar, Straight Jacket, Very Mad Cow, and I think Gravedigger Billy. All of these have been aging for at least 6 months now. I also have a few more randoms from Unibroue down there. And a bottle of Unibroue 17 that has been aging for 4 years. I also have an Alagash Belgin Triple that has been aging. And a few sour beers that I haven't touched yet, but probably should soon. And last would be a belgin from Deschutes, can't remember which one though.

And I think that's it, or at least all the good stuff.

I have got a couple of other Jolly Pumpkin sours sitting in my basement, a couple of them are up into the 4 to 5 year range....I can't bring myself to touch them yet, most of the sours just bottle age so well....

Then I have Goose Island bourbon counties from 2011-current, can't wait for Black Friday and the 2015 batch

Wells Banana Bread beer and Wells Stickey Toffee Pudding beer. Delicious desert beers.. Definitely can't drink them all night!

My wife works for Goose Island. We already got the 2015 BCS batch. Employees get a nice batch every year.

We just got pallets of GI BCS thimerosal for the police to follow us from store to store to buy it up
