Beer snobs

I got a bottle of Three Floyd's Dark Lord(2012) for Xmas! I want to drink it so bad but I feel guilty opening it lol
 
Good to see all the craft beer lovers in here.... I have a mixture of local stuff in my beer fridge and 2 overflowing cabinets full of hard to find/rare stuff that is aging or waiting to be shared with others.
 
I'm shocked it took me this long to find the beer thread on here.

Have a shelf in the basement with my rare beers, and stuff I have to enjoy with other beer snobs, and there's always random stuff in the fridge.

I'm a Bulldog junkie and one of my best buds is the manager in New Lenox we do Williamsons for Prime Rib & carrot cake every monday and uber to chi-town for cocktails LOL and oh yeah i've seen 1 hour waits for fish fry fridays but i just text in my reservation to bulldogs and table is waiting .join the E Club and rewards club you wont regret it & wont have to wait in line . Gotta run beer is Cold and pizza just landed Ha
