BigKev23's 25g Cube Build

So the tank has been setup for just over 4 weeks now. Had a minimal cycle, so I was able to get everything transferred pretty quickly. All my zoas/palys from my 60g are now in this tank and seem to be very happy.

Also added a RBTA and a pair of clowns... an ORA domino ocellaris and a Rod's misbar onyx.

Hey great looking cube!! Hows the SC-65 skimmer working out for you? I have one running on my BC29. it has been running for almost a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. But one I still get tons of micro bubbles it seem that even with the mod the reacton chamber is still kinda small. Pulls mucho green nasty skimmate!
 
Changed up my tank and added some big pieces of rock to allow placement of more frags.... it will look much better once everything isn't so white.

if you dont run a filter sock, how do you filter out particulates? or is it really not necessary to run a sock?
 
I don't run a sock on either of my tanks. A filter sock is more of personal preference. I ran one for a few weeks on my big tank, but it clogged up after about 3 days and I decided it was more trouble than it was worth.
 
So I sold the AI Nano fixture and went to a Coral Compulsion dimmable 120w fixture. Love having the more powerful light!!!
