GugsJr 210 Build.

Time to build the stand since I couldn't find a stand with an open front.

First pic is my blue print, should have enough lumber

If I were you, I’d skip those bottom 2X4s and just put a piece of plywood below the whole thing. Then water seal it along with the lower frame. This will give you a little more clearance for your sump and equipment and also act like a pool if your sump or tank were to ever leak.

I was going to attempt to seal the bottom.

Boards cut and hopefully I can get it assembled by Saturday/Sunday

Incase anyone wanted a parts list.

I used the following 2x6's

4 - 72 3/8"
4 - 41"
7 - 21 1/4"
9 - 30"

I also used a 2x4 for the bottom to give me another 2" drop on the inside

4 - 21 1/4"

Stands coming along nicely just the top amd vertical braces.

Still need to buy plywood for the bottom, then fill amd seal the plywood for a water proof bottom

Well this wasn't fun to place on the 41" stand with 2 people.

Big thanks to Dan and Matt @ Blue Line Corals for the auction cups.

Now to clean and attempt to polish out the scratch.

Stand weight test and bulk head test. No leaks and stand didn't come crumbling down. Now to clean and then plumb in the new sump
