That thought definitely crossed my mind and the closing was such a zoo so I was also a little concerned about a call from my attorney, but all seems good.

Lol, at first my wife suggested that we could just break up the waste and add it to our weekly waste management run. Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're going to need more than one 20cf dumpster.
How do the walls of a room completely fill that room when taken down? You carpenters would laugh at how over engineered and inefficient the last person that finished this basement was.

If you were out here in the low rent district Herbie you could burn it!!! Probably set it out and people would take most of it LOL

When I start framing, sure!

I need guys to carry this basement out when I get a dumpster. Fortunately there is an exit from the basement to the garage so it won't be too hard to haul. (Says the guy who isn't willing to do it alone)
