did I miss it? what size tank are you going with? I assume you are building an inwall, fishroom, etc...

Sorry didn't see that had been asked. I'm not really sure on size yet but nothing mega huge. I'm thinking something like 30x30x24 which is like 85 gallons. I definitely want less than 100 and I want to be able to reach every point of the tank without needing to stand on anything.
 
Are you keeping that 24" space between the wall and the foundation? If so, why? Just curious.

I am. All of the main lines run in there so l am making an access corridor that goes from my workshop to my utility room. It's not the most efficient use of space but this gives me access behind the tank. I am toying with the idea if setting steel in the concrete back there and then having the tank float on a shelf from that. Of course I'm toying with lots of ideas these days.
