Jrpark22000 - 110 rimless tank

I cut 2 weeks off the 8 week QT. The little guy was getting to pushy in QT, attacking me anytime I did a WC. Built a segregation box and put both clowns into the 45gal cube in the seg box. They'll be close but unable to touch until I pull the divider. Using a suregrip to attach it to the wall of the 45 cube.

Aprox 16" long, 6" tall and 10" long.

Werent these guys together in the main tank when I was there? Everything looks FANTASTIC in person by the way.

For anyone wondering if they should tear apart their pumps regularly to clean them, this was my weekend of fun. It takes a couple hours, it’s tedious, always has a small hiccup or 3 and is dirty. The preventative maintenance IMO makes it all worth it. Even when there isn’t a large snail shell in the impeller, just cleaning the nasty from the pump always restores more flow.

Thanks. Yeah, the trial in the display didn't go well. They went back into the 45 for more bonding. The newbie is a giant dummy. He decided to not follow her to her corner, instead hanging out under the autofeeder, stupid! The tank fatties pressured him so much on his choice, that he got himself stuck in the feeder chute once and the skimmer/overflow box twice. She’d swim up to meet him, then straight down to her corner to no avail. The trigger eats bigger chunks of Rods in one bite.
