MCF closing sale- good deal or big disappointment ???

Same here. They were on hold last week too when I was there buying my cherub angel, RIP lil buddy. A flame angel would've sufficed too but all three they had were gone.
 
go west on deerfield rd. take right at the driveway of Italian Kitchen, or right on waukegan and it is in the back lot. 839 is the address on waukegan. for fish planet.

It's right on waukegan but you'll find good parking behind it.

I had 2 colonies, I gave one to ETR. let me see if I can cut you a frag from my other colony. Do you have a big bone cutter? I don't have a big enough one to cut from this chunky thing.

I traded him a handful 'o corals for it. It was too big for the place i wanted it so I broke off a big chunk about the size of a golf ball. I was planning selling it or trading it. You interested?

Well I was there at 9AM, NICE SPS's for $25. $10 Frag tank is all $5, Chunks normally $15 were $8. Everything else was 20-25% off. Not sure why they didn't give you a discount, were you talking to right peeps? As side bar I then got a Frag tray at FISH PLANET =) and went back for more frags....10 more for $50 total. I didn't by dry goods but did by refrigerated and frozen foods at 20% off.

I might go back tomorrow
 
Man, so bummed I couldnt stop by today, work as been way to busy. Good luck Matt and Sara, Blake and Reed as well!
 
Sorry to see MCF go; they always had high quality unique livestock at good prices.
Shara was always helpful aand reasonable; I wish her well and the best of luck.
The prices at the close out sale were great.
Worth the trip.
