Aaahhhhhhhh. Sorry, you broke my brain. :O

I love how your caps have grown out around everything else BTW.

This whole build is really making me consider SPS dominate for my new 90G build since it has the lighting and filtration to handle it!

Thank you guys.rattyE36 you should really give SPS a shot.If you have lights and filtration that can handle it go for it.It is harder and more demanding to keep SPS tank, but is also more rewarding. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Wow, that new biopellet reactor's a beast! How much flow do you have going through it? Do you use GFO for your phophates or do you feel like the biopellets are also taking care of your phophates?

I use MaxiJet submersible utility pump 1800 with it on lowest setting.I estimate about 400 GPH.I will install a valve to slow it down a little more.I use small amount of GFO for couple of days every month ,but I don't think it is necessary.I have no algae in my tank and my front glass stays clean for like 5 days,so I don't think I have any PO4.

Just a quick question about your old TLF550, how did you mod it to work with biopellets? Did you just remove the foam pads? I have a BRS carbon/gfo reactor that I want to switch to biopellet reactor, it has 3 foams in it, BRS wanted me to buy another container without a foam, can I just take the foam out?

I removed the foam, because it will get clogged in days from bacteria.I bought needle plastic mesh from a craft store (Hobby Lobby) and used this instead of foam to keep pellets in reactor. It has a small enough holes to keep pellets in ,and big enough so it doesn't clogs.

Well,it is time for update. As most of you know,my tank crashed a while ago and I lost most of my SPS.Everything else is doing fine.My tank is still up,but look different now.Just a few remaining SPS corals and mostly LPS. I sold my Apollo LED and went back to T5's.I will post few pictures of my tank later, now just a few pic. of my new additions.I got a Borbonius Anthia from MCF,it is small, but eats like cow and can take care of himself in my tank. Not scared of any fish. Also yesterday I got a small group(7) of Red Spot Cardinals.I know they are pretty hard to keep, but mostly because they are not good shippers.I got my from Old Town Aquarium. They were there for few days, very fat, healthy and eating everything. So I took a chance.I will post my progress with them.

Awesome red-spots! If they were looking happy and eating at the store, and eating in your tank, you should be just fine! Glad to see you haven't given up completely on corals!

I did a double take on those cardinals, they looked like neon tetra's for a sec there!!! lol
