my 210 peninsula

Well this is just me bud, the left side is too clutter. less rock is better and just let nature takes its course, pretty soon sps will collide and give u that natural look. Montis grows pretty fast forms plates, shelves, when they do u can put other stuff on top . Keep that alk. stable don't soot for higher no. 7 and 8 is more than enough, but keep it stable. also keep the acids in check, nitrates, phos. if it is high ph drops and corals can not calcificate and grow.
 
Looks like ufo crashed landed on the right and got stuck lol. From pic menard is right left side looks cluttered but i know how hard it is to show 3d rock work in a 2d pic cause when i took pics of mine looked like i just chucked bunch if rock in too lol. Glad to see this this going back together and not up for sale like u where talking about. Btw i still have u monties so make a nice spot for them
 
real feed back !!!! thanks doods , it does look a bit cluttered in the pic , the entire middle is hollow ...hard to explain . its my first attempt at the rescape , i will tweek it here and there before corals come back in . thanks for the opinion, joe i have tons of room for my montis you can bet on that !!
 
was bored tonight cleaned up the holding tank and organized , ive been keeping a little book with coral names but im at a point where a few are similar so i organized and labeled where they are . cant wait to get my collection in the tank
 
no i left as is , its just fish right now at .09 so dont want to stir sand up again and make issues . when i get salinity back up ill rescape . these corals are in 40br on marble tiles
 
ok been a bit since update , tank been thru hypo and now back at .25 !! awesomeness . also rescape with zipties and drilled rock . clearly visable zipties will blend in over time . pretty happy with scape gotta work on left side but no rush . also cleaned glass took well over 2 hrs was pretty bad . also placed order for few more fish since i lost quite a few during hypo . new fish list will be 2 clowns , 6 chromis, cling fish, blue ring angel, starry blenny , white tail tang, marine betta, and on order to be here next weekend is yellow coris and green coris and a tenneti tang . nems and corals go back in in few weeks when tank stabalizes for now a couple pics
 
me too, just as i thought tank was on up and up power outage since last night . ran to lowes at 6am got a 3300 watt generator and have both tanks running with heaters filters pump and circ pumps . still tons of power left for fridge and a fan !! its hot and im a fatty !

HAHA THAT CRACKED ME UP tank is finally back on the right track though!! looking good
 
yesterday was pretty much "tank day" ! started off in morning by dipping the corals for the last time because am getting the feeling that 1 of 2 things is happening. 1 being these nudis were laying eggs on the eggcrate rack i had built or 2 rps isnt killing the eggs so final dip was done and all corals were moved to dt . before i could glue everything i also was lucky enough to have a major ich outbreak and needed to do something because medicated food wasnt working , treating whole tank just wasnt a option for me . so all the rock had to be cut apart taken out and round up the fish in the 210.words cant describe the fun i had catching these fish . only 2 fish in tank are the 2 wrasse which i will use a trap to catch , so once this was done i started the scape again tweaking it slightly and sending wife to buy all the superglue gel from 3 local stores . everything is in its final place accept the z and p . copper was then added to 40br to start the qt and moved lights back above 210. if you've made it this far learn a small lesson from someone who should know better ! do things right the first time dip all coals and even qt them and fish is a must , if i would have done this i would not have had atleast 3 reboots of this system......anyways whats done is done and hopefully i stick to my guns and trust nothing , only takes 1 slip and boom hell breaks out . here is the new scape with everything in place .amazing how many frags i had after i glued them lol .
