mega photo update , excuse pics been a while since i used camera and algae and such is on the decline , tank been thru hell ....TWICE
 
digging the nem and crab... guess my nem isnt big enough my crab wont go anywhere near mine just stays in the rocks
 
Holy crap! Is that my old nem and crab? I thought with your tank issues probably did them in. Looking great! You got my nem........I got your clowns!

then beebop and rocksteady it is !! i made sure that i wouldny loose the nems during the troubles , i had a 40br running with all corals and inverts , even tho tank cycled and went thru algae again water never got too horrible for the stuff, just ugly looking . hope clowns are doin equally as wel and if u ever want the nem back give me a shout , and consider it done.

thanks ! they are a old couple for sure [MENTION=1455]Sawdonkey[/MENTION] will have to chime in but these guys have been together for a long time if i remember correctly . pretty funny the crab will disappear for days only to be chillin under the nem .
 
I got the nem and crab from fishbeard. He had them for about a year I think he said. The guy before him had them for three years.

Thanks for the offer on them, but I think my emperor would just pick the nem apart and we'd be back to square one.
 
had a battle with ich some time ago , all of fish were caught and have been caught for over a month . 2 wouldnt be caught till tonight . my marine beta and red line wrasse have been put in qt and tank is now fishless !!!!! after doing some reading it seems at 60 days ich will be 99.9% dead and gone from tank , but also read 72 days so tank will remain fishless for 72 days ! nov 23 at 8:15 pm fish will be put back into tank and hopefully never be removed again ! just thought id share my excitement for my tank being fishless .

a little update , i purchased 2 bottles of dip and started dipping monti with a plan to dip every three days to stay ahead of the nudis . however i had the bright idea on the first dip to add a powerhead to the container and it didnt go well . went from 38 monti frags to about 6 . all the skin was torn off and they turned white within a day . last night i decided to start pulling the bryopsis out and caught a zap , my arms were wet figured i got a light wet , i powered down the lights and continued .also added another powerhead to dt and continued pulling algae . Zaaaaaap. unplugged new powerhead and stuck arm in. at about elbow deep i caught a good shock . grabbed multimeter and started at sump since nothing in dt was plugged in 118 volts in the sump and same in the dt . started to unplug one thing at a time and it was heaters . system ran without heat until 9 am when i got replacements . now with everything plugged in im around 14 volts , glad it wasnt anything but the heaters . so just another speed bump but wouldnt be rightif everything ran well in this tank !
