If you have never glued PVC before you should know all your measurements will change once you start glueing. As glue melts the fittings and you push them together you'll loose a little length at each connection. I had all kinds of problems with this. Ask the guys at AP, they'll explain this a lot better.

I learned this the hard way! My under tank plumbing is pretty wonky because of this.

Well he finally can out tonight for dinner, other then that he stays in his cave hope he gets more brave!

Matt is that a blue throat trigger? Mine was very shy at first would hide as soon as I came to the tank. Now he will eat nori out of my fingers. He loves his nori sheets.

Well got a lot of work done on my room this week end hoping to have the tank running by the end of the week! I still need to paint my other walls witch will be done today after work along with hanging my light over the tank, tell me what you guys thinkView attachment 16007

Nice Matt. So close. You transferring all live stock and rock from the old tank ? You got that fixture all fired up ready to go!

I am cycling the tank with some new rock from a buddy that had had it in his sum for me for 5 months, and his tank has been running for 8 years, pest free. I am going to pick it all up today and I also have about 60lbs of rock I am curing in a garbage can now. As for my other tank I might be selling it as a ready to run minus live stock

What would you guys recommend putting in my sump to build up my protein skimmer for the correct Heights all information is greatly appreciated
