Need ur guys help.. Something awesome happened to my anemones

Oh ic.... Well during the time the sg level was like that the btas seemed just fine.. Even growing extremely large and taking food quite well.. But will up it to 1.026 so the nems will like it better..

I agree 8g is a bit small for a nem, even worse for a mixture of anemones. They may be competing for space. Also, I agree 1.026 is best. Crabs and shrimp have also been known to pester anemones, so keep an eye on them too.

Yea it may a bit small. Doesn't mean they've outgrowned the tank yet. I've seen super small nems so we don't know what size they are in reality. Did anybody happen to catch that he fed? How often to you feed the nems jeff? Nems are known to split from being fed, it's not always a bad sign. and how big are they? and just for my curiosity what are the dimmensions of the tank and lighting?

i feed my anemones twice a week.. about two pieces of freeze dried food soaked in selcon.. The largest one i have is about 4-5 inches sometimes 6.. and the other one is about 3 inches.. last time i feed my anemones was yesterday morning... and here are the tank dimmensions

* Length: 11.81”
* Width: 12.20”
* Height: 17.28”

Ok I'm going to have to say the tank is too small for the nems Jeff. I was hoping it would be a shallow longer rather than tall tank. That imo would give them more spread room. And yes the larger nem is already overgrown the tank imo. The feeding could be part of the nems splitting as well but my primary guess would be they are probably crowded in there and not happy. You have plenty of tanks to move them to Jeff. I would maybe keep the smaller of the nems and move the large one to a bigger tank. GL Jeff! Hope everything is well.
