Thankfully they are starting to go away on their own, but they did kill off a few heads of my candy cane coral.
 
Well the macro lens came today and here are a few practice shots. It was not as easy as I thought it would be to use, I was shooting at a really high ISO so they are kind of grainy. Any tips from those who have used them on a reef tank?

Great shots man! I can't wait for my Macro lens to show up on Thursday. Then I just need to wait for the porthole giveaway to see if I won!
 
So the 12 weeks of fallow are finally over and all the fish have been moved back. It is like the first day of summer camp, where everyone fights over which bunk they get, but thankfully nothing to serious. I have a few new additions, like a PBT, which is getting along fairly well with my Achilles, but only time will tell. Here are the few photos out of a couple hundred that actually turned out:
