Which macro lens did you buy I also have a nikon dslr and was trying to figure out which one to get

I bought the 105mm Nikon Micro Lens. I love the lens, but since I have a 30" deep tank anything taken from below 15" isn't really macro anymore. A 200mm would be nice for that purpose, but since they are so expense and I am just starting with macro the 105mm fits better. If you have a really shallow tank than you might want to look at the 85mm or smaller, it really just depends on what you need. There are some great off-brands too that are on par with the Nikon for a little less, though sometimes the cost is about the same.
