Trust me.... already been following that link. I was a long time lurker on RC but will be more active on this board. I started Vit C dosing over a year ago but didn't stick with it. I'm planning to start week....unlike like the gym which I've been talking about going back to since Jan 1st!

Nice set up Alan. Love the frogspawn. I used to have one that size, maybe bigger. Until the AC went out in 105 degree weather and we were gone for a few days!
