Only 2 water changes last year!

Haha. Technically I won't "Physically" be doing a water change this year I figure it was time to plug this bad boy in. I've had it since Dec 2013 and only had it up for a few before the basement started getting remodeled. Hopefully this will help replace elements that weren't being replenish.
 
Great looking tank DJE! I like how open it is and how much of the sand bed you get to see. I think I'm gonna try something like that with my 120 build.
 
DJE your tank looks great. Your TDF looks very similiar to mine. Eric has a frag from my colony.

Eric that TDF picture looks great. The hint of lime green on the top of the picture shows just a little and the purple, pink, red is showing up nicely.

Once you get a tank going and stable its definately easier to do less as long as you look at your tank often ans see if everything's happy IMO
 
Any updates pictures. Would love to see progress nearly a year later without water changes.
